ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Rules for submission
- The presenting author needs to ensure that all authors have read the abstract and agreed to be co-authors.
- All the authors and co-authors should declare their affiliations.
- The word count should not exceed 500 excluding tables, graphs and references.
- Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published on the society website.
- Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the final programme.
- The Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as oral or poster presentations.
Guidelines
- Author and co-authors' details:
Full first and surname (s)
Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country - Abstract text – limited to 500 words
Abstract Layout
Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:
- Background
- Aims & objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- References
